What Is Somatic IFS

 

It’s Internal Family Systems (IFS) paired with somatic Awareness. Instead of trying to “get rid” of parts of you, we listen to them, understand them, and integrate them while staying connected to the body. this way the work is not just cognitive, but deeply felt and in your body, yielding longer lasting results and integration in the subconscious.

In Sessions We Gently Explore

    • Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional intensity

    • Inner conflict or self-sabotage

    • Patterns in relationships

    • Disconnection from self or body

    • Trauma held in the nervous system
